Chapter Publicity and Press Coverage
The Fairfax Resolves Chapter has a strong record of recognizing citizens and organizations for their contributions to the community. The Chapter also aims to promote the historical, educational, and patriotic ideals of the SAR through its programs and award presentations. 2011 Flag Day and Flag Retirement Ceremony
Fairfax Resolves and members of the Col. William Grayson Societ of the C.A.R. conducted the 8th annual flag retirement ceremony at Great Falls Library.
Fairfax Resolves presented a medal and certificate to Lawrence E. McKinley at the Chapters annual Christmas social.

Fairfax Resolves presented a medal and certificate to Lt. Svites and Technician Daniel Hahn at a ceremony held at Fire Station 34.
2010 Flag Certificate Ceremony and Member Induction
Fairfax Resolves presented to a flag certificate to the Principal of St. Veronica Catholic School Mary Baldwin. At the same ceremony, Father Edward Hathaway was inducted into the Sons of the American Revolution. Both events were attended by the students of the school.
